These General Terms & Conditions of sale are solely applicable and replace all other general conditions, except in case of prior cancellation with written consent. Each purchase on the website is governed by the conditions applicable on the date of order. 2Placing an order
We offer two (2) ways to place an order:

- By phone on the 900 103 223 (Monday to Thursday: 9:00 to 13:30 and from 13:30 to 18:00h - Friday: 9:00h to 14:30h) GMT +1
Products sold on the www.panamajack.es website are exclusive to the Panama Jack brand, no products from external manufacturers are sold on this website.
Sale prices listed on the Site are in Euros (or in Pounds on our British website) and include VAT. Orders with delivery within Norway, the Channel Islands and Switzerland have prices as indicated on our website and are exempt from VAT. Panama Jack assumes any extra taxes or customs fees.
Please note that orders will be shipped within the limits of available stock.
If one of the articles ordered is not in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to suggest alternatives.
6Shipping and delivery
Estimated delivery terms and times start from the time the order is placed, as long as it is completed before 12.00 between Monday and Friday. If completed after the indicated times, the period shall start on the next business day. These conditions apply as long as no other shipping date has been specified during the checkout process.
The customer shall pay for the delivery costs specified during the checkout process. You can have a look at our delivery methods and costs here.
Products purchased from Panama Jack will be sent to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Netherlands, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, Sweden, Hungary Poland, Czech Republic, Sweden and United Kingdom. Orders must be placed through the site of the country in which the customer resides (for Spain: Panama Jack Spain, for UK: Panama Jack UK, etc.). The country of delivery determines the e-shopping site.
Panama Jack does everything possible to respect the shipping deadlines listed on the site. However, Panama Jack is not responsible for any consequences due to a shipping delay or package loss by third party transport contracts, by you yourself or by unforeseeable, insurmountable, or force majeure causes or events.
We suggest making sure that your order is in perfect condition when you receive your package. If you are not satisfied with the delivered items, please indicate upon delivery any anomalies and sign the receipt of delivery accordingly.
We offer different payment methods depending on the delivery country. You will be able to select the most suitable in your case during the checkout process.

If you wish to exchange or return a product you can do so for free within 60 days. This service is free of charge.
Only returns from unworn articles in original condition with its original packaging, accessories and instructions manuals will be accepted.
The refund of the amount will be paid through the same payment method which was used when the purchase was made.

9Guarantees and After-Sales Service
All articles sold on our website are subjected to:
- Legal guarantee of conformity.
- Legal guarantee for hidden defects.
- Manufacturer's guarantee, which varies in length and duration according to the products and brands.

In the event of a faulty item, the article will be refunded only if there is a quality error. This assessment and review will be done by Panama Jack staff specialized in Quality Management.
10Litigation and responsibilities
Panama Jack is not responsible for failure to comply with these conditions due to unforeseeable circumstances, as defined by Spanish Law, in the absence of the client or through any unforeseeable event caused by a person outside the contract.
Panama Jack is not responsible for the consequences that may result from improper use of products that are sold on the site.
Although some products may have features compatible with professional use, Panama Jack is not a site dedicated to the sale to professionals, so it cannot be held liable for any complaints related to professional activity.

All opinions written by Panama Jack users are monitored by our Marketing Team. Should any received opinions infringe the law or ethical or moral laws (abusive publicity, defamation, insults, inappropriate comments, etc.) Panama Jack reserves the right to reject or modify such opinions.
